Florida.  Enjoy picturesque sunrises, frolicking dolphins and 
nesting sea turtles, while sipping coffee on your private deck under 
the shade of our umbrella. Hear the soothing roar of 
the Atlantic Ocean waves.  Swim, surf, snorkel, fish, collect shells 
or just relax in the sun without leaving your private enclave!

Large, open Great Room perfect for entertaining but no loud parties 
as this is a very quiet single family neighborhood.Pet deposit-

Completely updated and fully equipped kitchen with a view of the 
Atlantic Ocean waves, new appliances and open floorplan to allow 
easy conversation while preparing gourmet meals. 

Televisions in each bedroom and Living Room, DVD player, VCRs in 
bedrooms and stereo system. 

High speed wireless Internet available for small charge.

Oversized deck with tables and chairs offers a full vista of the 
Atlantic Ocean, plus BBQ grill and tile benches and tile table (with 
umbrella) at the top of the dune for beachside feasting!

Outside shower with hot water to wash off after ocean swim.  Full 
size washer and dryer inside, with iron and ironing board.   

Activities and Attractions

Easy access to many diverse restaurants, shops and nightlife in Vero 
and Melbourne.  Fishing, charters and camps close by.  Just a 
short drive to Kennedy Space Center, the World Famous Cocoa 
Beach/Ron Jon Surf Shop, Harris Corporation, Brevard Zoo, Cruise 
Ships and Casino Ships. Approx. 1-1/4 hours to Disney World, plus 
Sea World, Universal and other Florida theme parks.  

Other area attractions include golf, tennis, surfing, sailing,
scuba diving, eco-tours of the Indian River Lagoon by kayak,
airboat tours along the River and vistas along the Florida 
Scenic Highway.  Property is not available for short term rental of 
less than 90 days or 3 calender months.
