"The Hive" 3 BR, 2 Bath + Guest House 2 blocks to beach in South Haven

Comfy, cozy, convenient! Relax and enjoy this charming, immaculate home just 2 blocks from the beach and 6 blocks to town.  Hot tub! An optional guest house provides a private space if desired.

The location of this home is a quick walk to two public beach accesses, Kid’s Corner, church, the lighthouse and pier, harbor, food, drink and all South Haven has to offer.

This is a new rental situated on a corner lot and is waiting for you to call it home – even if for a short while.  We call it “The Hive” because it bustles with family activity. It features a hot tub on the deck, 55” television, granite counter tops in kitchen and bath, and an attached guest house. 

For an additional cost,($500 per week) the guest house includes queen pull-out sofa, kitchenette, and ½ bath – just right for Mother-in-Law or a new family and not far from the activities in the main house.

Sleeping:  Main house = Queen bed in master bedroom downstairs; queen pull out in living room; queen bed in upstairs bedroom; futon/bunk in upstairs bedroom can sleep 3. 

Guest house sleeping = queen pull out couch

Hot tub, 55" tv, attached guest house, basketball hoop, granite kitchen and bath counters, washer, dryer, porch, 2 blocks to the beach.

Full kitchen includes: dishwasher, microwave, stainless steel refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, bread maker, waffler iron, popcorn popper, pressure cooker

Beach essentials include: beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys, beach cart, beach games

Central heat and air 

Guest house includes: queen pull out bed, kitchenette, half bath, tv with dvd and vcr, air conditioner, attached access to main house, and complete privacy

Memorial Day - $2,200 (main house) per week + 500 per week (guest house)
4th of July week - $2,400 (main house) + $500 (guest house)

Labor Day - $2,200 (main house) per week + $300 per week (guest house) 
New Year's Eve - $200 per night (2 night minimum)

During the off season, the cottage is available per night with a two
night minimum or by the week.

 We require a 50% deposit within 10
days of reserving the cottage to hold the week. The remaining 50%
is due 30 days prior to the arrival date along with a security
deposit in the amount of $500. The security deposit will be
returned within 30 days of departure.

Should a cancellation be necessary, we charge a $50 flat fee.
If the cottage can be re-booked for the week, all funds will be
returned less the $50 cancellation fee. If the cottage can not be
re-booked, all funds paid will be forfeited less the security
deposit.

For multiple week bookings at the same house, we offer the choice of a discount
on the second week of $200 or full housekeeping services mid-stay.

In Season: Check In is 

Saturday after 3:00 p.m. EST.
Check Out is the following Saturday prior to 10:00
