Beautiful second floor 2 bedroom 2 bath condo overlooking the main channel on Lake Hamilton in a convenient / central part of town. You are the highest condo in the complex with amazing lake and sunset views.
We just totally remodeled this condo with new bedroom furniture, paint, tv's, opened up kitchen area and much more.
You are within walking distance to restaurants (Smyly's Crab Shack or The Boathouse), Fishermans Wharf, Luna Bella, Jose's, and Jasons Burgers & more are all within a mile .
For boat rental / water toys (Salty Dog and Kahuna Bay) are located 500 yards away.
We also recommend Hot Springs Marina, they are about a 5 minute drive but also cheaper rates.
Unbelievable view from balcony, most renters love the balcony area for coffee in the morning and a cocktail in the evening as they sit and enjoy the large lake view.
We are located close to the pool and tennis courts on the property.
