Phoenix Towers is a secure gated community. Each unit has an assigned parking spot. There are four units on each floor. Each floor also has a free washer/dryer and trash chute just outside the unit.
Our spacious beacfront 2 bedroom condo is located on the third floor (building B). The unit has recently been upgraded with all new furniture and wood floors. The master bedroom and guest bedroom feature king size beds and walk in closets. The master bedroom also has a 32" flat screen tv with cable and vcr/dvd player. The living room contains a sleeper sofa and a 42" tv with cable and vcr/dvd player. The kitchen is fully equipped for eating in or if you rather dine out there are many restaurants in the area. Some are in walking distance. All linens and beach towels are provided. We also provide beach chairs, an umbrella, and beach toys. There is also a cabanna service on the beach if you prefer to rent.
Our condo is beautifully furnished, clean and comfortable. So come and relax on the BEST beach on Singer Island with all the amenities you would want.

The Condo Association requires a minimum 30 day lease agreement and a $100.00 nonrefundable application fee.
No weekly or daily rentals less than 30 days are permitted.

Peak Season - December through May - 3,000
Off Season - June through November - 2,600
$300 Refundable Security Deposit Required for each month rented and secures your rental
Rates include taxes and cleaning fee
No Pets, No Smoking, Maximum occupancy limited to 5 people
Cancelation Policy: For a one month rental - Notice 30 days prior to arrival will forfiet deposit. For two months or more rental - Notice 60 days prior to arrival will forfiet deposit.
