• 4 week rental: US $999 - 1999
• 1 week rental: US $699 - 1399
• Rates are quoted for two person occupancy.
• A US $10 charge will be applied for all additional persons.
• A 50% deposit (Cashier check or money order) to confirm reservation.
• Remaining balance for reservation is due 30 days prior to arrival. 
• Cancellations made two weeks prior to arrival/check in will recieve a refund for 50% of the deposit.
• Cancellations made within two weeks of arrival/check in will be chargedthe full amount of the reservation.
• Early check outs are subject to full charges of reservation.
• NOTE: Upon arrival a US $100 CASH damage deposit will be collected. A refund will be issued by check 7 days after departure, pending no damage occured and all property is inspected and accounted for.
