We are located 3 blocks from the south shores of Big Bear Lake, and a 4 min drive to the Village and within walking distance of town, shops, and restaurants. Come and enjoy the season at Big Bear Lake, California with all Big Bear has to offer! Our cabin has been newly rebuilt and is fully furnished, sleeps 5, with living room with sofa bed and woodburning rock fireplace, dining nook, full kitchen, one separate bedroom w/ queen size bed, full bathroom,new fully enclosed big yard and pet friendly, 2 car or boat parking, amenities, 2 cable tvs, DVD,garden swing, picnic table, BBQ, smoker. Everything you need is there. All you bring is your food or enjoy one of the many fine restaurants in Big Bear. There are tons of things to do from nature walks by the beautiful lake, all sorts of watersports,snowsports, new action ziplining, jet skiing, boating, fishing, bike riding, hiking, horseback riding, antiquing, and shopping. "Lucky Angel" cabin is located in a quiet woodsy area in Big Bear, California. It is very warm and cozy and clean with all wood construction, inside and out. Has one bedroom, one full bathroom, living room, and fully equipped kitchen. The bedroom has queen-size bed, wall heater, cable TV, antique desk, and closet. Living room has a rock woodburning fireplace, wall heater that keeps cabin warm and cozy, color cable TV and DVD with videos and games, and a queen size sleeper sofa and chair. It sleeps up to 5 people, including pillows, blankets and quilts. It is very nice for a couple or a small family. Kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, stove, refrigerator, BBQ/smoker, coffee maker, dishes, pots and pans. Also has a dining nook with bar.

Contract for Renting The Cabin

Thank you for choosing "Lucky Angel Cabin" for your stay in Big Bear. We throughly enjoy our cabin and hope that your visit is most enjoyable and also that everyone will take care of the cabin as it were their own. Upon arrival, you should find conditions as follows;Water on both hot and cold; wall heater on at 55 degrees. Do not lower thermostat below 55 as pipes may freeze. DO NOT TOUCH ANY SETTINGS ON THE WALL HEATER, CONTROL OR CHANGE TEMPERATURES AT THERMOSTAT ONLY! Fireplace will be clean. You can use any wood there or firewood is for sale at Big Bear grocery stores. All windows and doors will be locked. Cabin will be totally clean. Bathroom door should be left open all times to prevent pipes from freezing. Gas for the stove turns on at the back wall and should be turned off after use. The kitchen window should be left open for exhaust when using stove. If smoke alarm goes on, open windows and doors and disconnect alarm but replace afterwards. All trash must be removed and disposed of at Garstin Ave, opposite Moonridge Blvd, at the public trash site open all the time 24/7 and free. Upon departure, please close all doors and windows, disconnect all appliances,EXCEPT REFRIGERATOR, and plugs from wall, turn off all outside and inside lights, and put key back and lockbox as found. Dispose of your trash and do not leave any food in refigerator. Dishes clean and put away in cabinet. Deviations from these conditions, will result in deductions from your security deposit.

Be completly responsible for any and all damages to cabin and property.Notify us of any damage upon arrival.Hold James Lyons, owner, and Teresa Iriarte Lyons, manager, harmless from any and all bodily injury and or property damage incurred on rented property.Forfeit our deposit if reservation is cancelled less than 17 days prior to scheduled arrival or forfeit rental total if reservation is cancelled less than 10 days prior to scheduled arrival.Clealiness and condition of cabin will be determined within 3 days of checkout. Any damage will be deducted from your deposit.Your deposit will go back to the same credit card you used and will appear on your next monthly statement.  PLEASE NO SMOKING IN CABIN! AND DO NOT EVER LIT A FIRE IN FIREPLACE AND LEAVE CABIN UNATTENDED! Security /damage deposit $200 fully refundable
