If you choose to call this property home during your stay, you will enjoy breathtaking sunsets and beautiful beaches where you can relax and unwind, while you enjoy the best that island life has to offer!!!!!!!!

The EAST WING   is equipped with an eat-in kitchen with glass cook-top stove, all appliances,  laundry room with full size washer/dryer, 2 bedrooms-both with queen size beds, full bathroom, large living room, large relaxing Florida room, and a private backyard patio area.

The WEST WING  is equipped with an eat-in kitchen with glass top stove/oven, all appliances, living room, 2 bedrooms-both with queen size beds, full bathroom, small washer/dryer, and a private backyard patio area.

Added ammenties include wireless high-speech internet access,  tile throughout except the bedrooms (which have wood flooring), ceiling fans, flat screen TV's, BBQ gas grill, and outside shower.  Beach towels and chairs are provided to our guests.

The home offers off street parking and plenty of area for a boat or small RV.

The island features a FREE trolley stopping at many local attractions.  The home is near many fine restaurants and local eateries, shopping malls, outlet malls, local shops, bowling alley, theatres, world famous St. Armands, major league baseball training fields, golfing, Publix grocery store, Walgreen's pharmacy, etc.

You can fish, snorkel, parasail, charter a fishing boat or just relax and watch the sunsets !!

Rates are subject to 11.5%  state and resort taxes

Security deposit of $300.00 required with reservation and payment in full required 30 days  prior to arrival.

Cleaning fee of $100.00 is added initially and returned upon check-out or within one week if home is treated with TLC !!!!!!
