pristine beaches of Florida's Emerald Coast on the Gulf of Mexico. 
Rollin Tides is approximately 200-yds. from the beach access and
sits in the heart of Seagrove Beach, a pristine beach community with
an array of unique shops and restaurants. Picturesque Deer Lake
State Park is to the east and the picket-fence community of Seaside
(backdrop for "The Truman Show") is just over a mile to the west.
The complex is set well enough back from Scenic-Route 30A to offer
peace and seclusion, yet is handy enough to the beach and bike-path,
which runs the length of 30A. Bike rentals are available throughout
this scenic-route. Angelina's Italian Restaurant, Cafe-Thirty-A and
Goatfeathers Seafood Market are all within convenient walking
distance.

These terrific 2nd-floor, 1-bedroom apartments (sleep 2-4) offer a
view of the pool. The development consists of only 3-buildings with a total of 25 units, which wrap themselves around the pool.
The living-rooms are equipped with a cable TV/DVD. The
kitchens are fully equipped with all modern appliances and have
breakfast bars and separate dining areas. There are utility closets
in each unit with washer/dryers.

A terrific bike path meanders through each community,
alongside lakes, through woodlands and beach areas. The path runs
from Blue Mountain to Inlet Beach, 18-miles in length with 9-miles
being off-road. A real fun activity for all the family and bike
rentals are available throughout Scenic-30A.
Picturesque Deer Lake State Park has 1700 acres of old, unmarked
hiking trails, plus 172 acres of beach and lake areas. The sand-
dunes are incredible and well worth a visit to this secluded beach
area, within a mile or two of the unit.
Grayton Beach State Recreation Area - 2000+ acres of beaches, nature
trails, picnic areas.
Eden State Gardens is a short drive away and sits on Tucker Bayou ..
a perfect place for a picnic lunch under the incredible moss-draped
oaks.
Fishing, boating, boat charters and cruises, dolphin sunset cruises,
watersports can be found in nearby Destin. Extensive kids
attractions and amusements can be found in nearby Panama City Beach.
