This cute beach house is located a block from Siesta beach, the #1 rated beach in America. It is also conveniently located within a short walk to Siesta Village, where you will find restaurants, shopping, nightlife, grocery store, banks and everything you need. This is a two-story duplex and the apartment upstairs is available for vacation rentals. The front of the house features a nice screened balcony with a table and chairs where you can relax and have a glass of wine. The back of the house faces the private pool (shared with downstairs unit). The living room has vaulted ceilings and the entire unit was recently painted. Wood floors throughout except the kitchen and bathroom which have tile.
