Walk a Little, Save a Lot at Estero Cove in Fort Myers Beach

Location, Location, Location.  This condo is conveniently located at the south end of Fort Myers Beach within walking distance of shopping, restaurants, beach bars, and the Gulf of Mexico. This is a corner unit with plenty of natural light. Sit on the lani and enjoy a view of the Gulf and the large white sand beach that makes our island unique.  A beach access is just steps away from the unit, so you can take off your shoes and feel the sand under your feet in less than two minutes.  

Our unit has a king sized bed in the master bedroom and two twin beds in the guest bedroom.  We also have a pull out sofa in the living room.  The unit is completely furnished with cable television in the living room and both bedrooms, a full size kitchen with a microwave, washer/dryer, a DVD player, and a screened in lani with a view of the Gulf.  The condominum has a heated pool, shuffle board courts, tennis courts, and gas grills available for all guests to use. 

The beach is the main attraction on our Island.  Fort Myers Beach is known as the "World's Safest Beach" because of the shallow water and gradual drop off. The beach on our end of the island is wide with plenty of room for beach chairs and umbrellas.  We are proud of our powder white sand and beautiful sunsets.  Fishing is great directly off the beach. You don't even need a license. 

In addition to the beach, we also have a public 18 hole golf course just one mile from our unit.  A great way to get around our island is by bike.  We are proud of our bike paths and there are bike rentals available at reasonable prices.  

If you like hiking, we have a great preserve about three miles from the unit. The Matanzas Pass Preserve takes you through a mangrove habitat for a great view of Ostego Bay.  Lover's Key State Park is about three miles south and is a wonderful place to bike, hike, canoe, kayak, fish, or just relax on an unspoiled beach. Lover's Key State Park is one of the most popular state parks in the state.

Our island is only seven miles long, so getting from one place to another is not usually a problem.  We have trolleys that run up and down the island all day if you don't feel like driving or biking.  Less than one half mile south of our unit is Santini Marina Plaza where you will find many different shops and resturants including a hardware store, liquor store, several restaurants, an ice cream shop, and a laundry.   On the north end of the island you will find the "business" section known as Times Square.  Here you will find more shops, restaurants, and a fishing pier. 

This unit is only available on a monthly basis from January through April.  A discount will be applied for rentals over one month.   Price does not include taxes or cleaning fees.
