This home, designed for gatherings is a comfortable 3 bedroom (sleeps 6) paradise for those who want to escape the outside world but not friends and family. You enter the home at the living room. An open concept, contemporary, island home combines the living room and the kitchen spaces. With plenty of seating, a flat screen TV, DVD and wifi available, the cook is never left out of the conversation. The kitchen features granite counter tops and bar seating, a double French door refrigerator, glass top stove and oven, microwave and dishwasher. For additional prep space or to share your morning coffee, a breakfast nook has 3 additional seats.

The guest full bath is just off the main living space. This is where you’ll find the washer and dryer. Proceed down the hall and the first of 2 guest rooms is on your right. This guest room has 2 twin beds, closet and storage. The 2nd guest room is serene in light blues. It has a vaulted ceiling, queen bed, closet and dresser. The Master is to your left, complete with en suite bath. A king bed, dressers, plenty of closet space and a TV will be your private escape.

Remember, this home is designed for entertaining! It makes use of all the outside space. Off the living room/kitchen is a glass slider that leads to a wraparound deck. Fully under the protective pool cage, an expansive bar, bar stools and table with chairs provides ample views of the kidney shaped pool below and beautiful canal and Estero Bay. Make use of the gas BBQ located close by.

Make your way to the patio and pool deck below. Did someone say Key West? Yes! This space features a Tiki bar with seating, plenty of congregating space! Don’t forget to swim in this beautiful in-ground, electric heated, salt water pool or make your way to the dock and take in the open water
views for some fishing or boating activities right from your backyard.

If you want to take a break from entertaining and be entertained yourself, hop on 1 of 2 bicycles available to you. The home is located near the island movie theater and a variety of local restaurants. A pharmacy and banks are close by and there’s even a 7/11 convenience store on the corner.  The beach is just a 2 minute walk from the house, where you’ll find 7 miles of white sugar sand calling your name.

To the above rates add a departure cleaning fee of $140, 11%
tax, a $40 nonrefundable booking fee and a $75 damage waiver fee.  Rates include all utilities.
