residential air-conditioned condo is just one mile south of
quaint "Kona village." Imagine yourself sitting by the pool watching
spinning dolphins, para-sailers, and cruise ships, all from our
wonderful pool right on the ocean and steps from our private condo!
Close to village (1 mile), restaurants, luaus and other activities.
Just a 12 to 15 minute walk or rent a car. Many condos are up to
five
miles away from the Village, but we are one of the closer complexes
to the Village and all the kona activities!


Very private, large wrap-around Lanai (porch).

We are a ocean facing condo... giving us one neighbor above and one
behind. No one on either side or below us. This beautifully
decorated
condo is private and has one of the largest Lanais (porch) you will
find.
The furnishings are newer and we have three TV's and three VCR’s
with
a selection of 40 movies!! Great for people who have children or
just
want to watch movies & TV in bed at night. Our large selection of
Best-Seller books will keep any reader busy for weeks!

We have ceiling fans in every room and a queen sleeper sofa. Our
linens & towels are new in 06' and the Kitchen has
beautiful
dishes and many appliances to help you make any meal. We try to
stock
many spices, some cooking basics and condiments. We love our home
away from home...and hope you will too!

Air Conditioning, 3 Cable TV's, 3 VCR's, DVD player, Stereo/CD
Player, Stocked Kitchen, Microwave/Convection Oven, Dishwasher,

Cooker, crock pot, Can Opener, Blender, Hand Mixer. Linens provided,
Hair Dyer, Small stackable Washer & Dryer, Large complex Laundromat,
ocean-front Pool , Charcoal Grill (BBQ) in common area.
Pets NOT allowed, Smoking permitted on Lanai only.

EXTRAS: Coolers, ice-packs, beach chairs, beach mats, snorkle gear,
child sized beach sunshade, Large beach umbrella and boogie-boards
for our guest's use. We have 40 movies that are great for our
vacationers... ranging from the very young child to the adult.

Check-in for arriving guests after 3PM. If checking in on a
departing
date of a guest(check-out/check-in on same date) Check-in will be
after 5PM. Check out is by 11AM on your departing day.

Rates vary between High Season (Dec-Mar) & Low Season (Apr-Nov).
Holidays & Iron Man rates are higher. Please e-mail for rates.
High Season .. $125/night (5 night minimum) .. $825/week ..
$2700/month.
Low Season ... $ 95/night (5 night minimum) .. $635/week ..
$2140/month. + Hawaii taxes 11.4%
We require an advance Deposit of $200 & a $75 non-refundable
Cleaning Fee.
The balance is due in full 30 days prior to arrival. $50
cancellation charge, cancel 30 days prior to arrival no refunds!
$200 Deposit returned within 3 weeks of departure, if no damage.

Credit Cards: We use Paypal only. Paypal charges a 5% fee to be added to your rent.
