This place is Amazing

I planned this Vacation for my 70+ parents, sister, nephew and myself. I have always been a fan of Clearwater White Sandy Beaches. I kind of booked this place on a whim, I thought the description was cool, the pics looked nice, the location ideal, etc... When we walked into this condo we felt like royalty! The pictures do not even do it justice. It is HUGE and roomy. Anything you need is in this condo. We unfortunately were there the one week Florida hit its lows in temperature, so being able to just hang out in this condo was great! You wouldn't think you would need to "warm up" while in Florida, but we had to. The living room was homey with tons of room and a huge flat screen TV. The master bedroom fit all of us as well. Some evenings my mom, sis, nephew,and myself would all lounge in the same bed just watching TV after winding down from all our site seeing and beach going. Oh..the beach is practically across the street. When they say a couple blocks, it's really just around the corner:). We met super nice families that were staying in other units. The pool was warm, the hot tub was a big hit on the chilly days. You have your own parking spot, and very secure. There is a Hess gas station right next door with Dunkin Donuts, that was a plus for my family, but the unit has every appliance you could think of . My family made coffee every morning and drank it out on the patio while watching the sunrise. Absolutely Beautiful. We never saw a dolphin, but I guess it has happened for others. Even though we did have a car, everything is walking distance if need be. We enjoyed Post Pizza, and went there 3 times:). The staff and food was ideal and economically awesome. The unit had beach chairs, a raft for fun, a wake board, couple buckets and shovels, my nephew loved all us this. I took the beach chairs everyday and put them to good use, even in my sweatshirt:) This place was perfect for us, and we still could of brought more people with. It easily fits 8 people, and with young kids, probably 10. Every question I had was answered quickly. The staff who gives you your keys were also super duper nice. I wanted to book it again for next year.same time same place, but someone beat me to it:(. I definitely want to c,e back and want this exact unit. LOVED IT.....do I have anything negative to say? Nope....absolutely nothing. It was by far my favorite place thus far that I have stayed in. If you get this unit..you will not be disappointed.

Recommended for: adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sight seeing, tourists without a car, romantic getaway

A family vaca for 6 adults :)

I(Ann) was the liaison for booking our family vacation this year. Let me tell you I was super nervous because I wanted to impress my future mother&father-in-law. Most of my contact was with Sandy. She was very polite and informative. I took a gamble and we went ahead and booked the condo about three months prior to our vacation dates. Once landed and our keys in hand for rental cars we set out for the SVR offices to pick up our keys and parking passes. It was after their regular hours when we would be getting there. The after hrs pick up was easy and simple. Getting through the gate was easy and simple as well. I inserted my key into the lock closing my eyes, hoping for the best but prepared for the worst. Sometimes you never know what your going to get if you haven't seen it in person yourself. Slowly opening the door I hadn't got my eyes open yet when I heard my mother-in-law say "Oh my word!" I thought "surely it's not a dump". I began to open one eye at a time to see that the condo was HUGE!! It was immaculately clean, the rooms were very large, the kitchen table could actually hold all of us at one time, the balcony had a beautiful view and we larger then I had expected. The kitchen was FULLY stocked with everything we would need except food of course. Although the beds were hard and there could have been more towels our overall experience was better then I had anticipated. The day we left we made sure to wash all towels, hand towels, wash clothes, and dishes. We pulled the bedding off to make it easier on the cleaning person. We had a blast!! I successfully impressed my mother-in-law, father-in-law, and my fiance's uncle. Most of our time was spent at Seaworld, Busch Gardens, and deep sea fishing. What time was spent at the condo we were a family. Even though there was Wi-fi in the condo we didn't even use it. No phones, no laptops, and rarely any TV. By the end of the vacation, even though my fiance and I aren't married yet I had become a permanent part of the family. I owe that to SVR!! The pictures really don't do the condo justice. It's 10X better than the photos.

Recommended for: adventure seekers, families with teenagers, girls getaway, sight seeing, tourists without a car, romantic getaway

Thanks, but you did not have to wash the towels and linens as we make sure the next guess will have a clean and well stocked linen closet upon their arrival. I hope you can stay with us again and you will not have to have an "pre-arrival jitters." We keep the condo well maintained and had just recently prior to your arrival freshened up the paint. Hope to have you as a guest upon your next visit to Clearwater. Thank you for taking time to send us the review.
