kitchen/laundry. The bunk room sleeps 4, plus two queen bedrooms
each with it's own bath and private balcony. The sitting room
boasts a fous ball game, sure to provide a lot of laughs.

The upper level with 14' ceilings is open to the dining, kitchen,
and living areas. Large wraparound balconies surround with patio
tables to seat 14. The Grand Master King suite is located on the
top level with it's Jucuzzi tub, large double shower and private
balcony.

The tower room is your setting for a glass of wine and a good book.
Multiple porches on all levels provide incredible views of the gulf
and fantastic sunset vistas all the way to Destin.

When not at the nearby beach, relax by your 15X40 fenced private
pool. a two seater kayak is available for adult swimmers with life
vests to enjoy at nearby Loon Lake.

Only 15 minutes to Sandestin and the huge Manufacturer's Outlet
Mall. Convenient to wonderful restaurants and shopping at Gulf
Place, Grayton Beach, and Seaside. Just a short drive to Santa Rosa
Beach and Camp Creek Golf Courses.
