The home features a fully enclosed sun porch, which is the perfect place to enjoy breakfast and your morning cup of java. There is nothing better on a cool day than to warm up in the sunshine in this lovely sunroom that overlooks a wooded wetland area! You will enjoy watching the deer and the coastal birds that make their home in this naturally preserved community.

Upon entering the home you will enjoy an open floor plan. The living room features a gas fireplace, flat-screen TV (Direct TV), Wi-Fi, queen sleeper sofa and an assortment of movies, books, and games. There is an open family kitchen with plenty of bar seating and a dining room that can seat everyone on your trip. There is even an extra leaf for the dining room table so if you have a larger crowd you can make room for everyone.

You will get a restful nights sleep on the queen bed in the downstairs bedroom with full bath right outside its door. Its the perfect location for Mom and Dad or the grandparents if you're having a family reunion.

Up the stairs on the landing is a window seat, which makes for a cozy reading spot. There are two bedrooms and a bath upstairs. One guest room has a queen bed; the other has two twin beds. This home is a wonderful spot for several couples or for a family.

You will just be a short walk to the beach down a path through the wetlands. This is a pet friendly home so you may bring your well-behaved family dog on vacation with you.
