Less than two miles from the heart of downtown and only steps from Boise's extensive trail system, the home is perfect for an extended business stay, family vacation, or as a home base for a skiing/hiking/fishing adventure.

The main floor, on the upper level of the home, has an open great room with handsome stone fireplace and comfortable seating. The kitchen is fully-equipped with everything you might need to prepare meals, including a dishwasher. The dining table sits just between the fireplace and a set of sliding glass doors leading to the patio, where outdoor seating and a gas grill await your sunny-day barbecues.

The main floor also includes the spacious master suite, with a king bed, private bath, and separate entrance to the balcony. Downstairs, the second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third has two twins. There is also a cozy den with TV and DVD player for movie nights, and an entrance to the ground-level patio. There is also a full bath on the lower level, and a washer/dryer are provided to keep up with laundry.

Hikers and mountain bikers couldn't find a better home base for their Boise adventure. The Military Reserve Park with its criss-crossing miles of trails (and excellent views of downtown) are just a few blocks from your front door. These trails are part of the 130-mile "Ridge to River" trail system that meander throughout the eastern foothills, so bring a few extra bottles of water and make a day of it! Heading toward the river, Julia Davis Park with its zoo and museums are only a five-minute drive away, with Boise State University just a little further across the river.
