This one bedroom, one bath home sits on a quiet residential loop off Warm Springs Road in the neighborhood of Earnest Hemingway's mountain retreat on the Big Wood River. It's location is an ideal base for 'come and go' exploring of the northwest mountains, or for simply enjoying the extensive activities of the Ketchum/Sun Valley area.
The owners of the home are retired and have furnished the home consistent with their age and interests. An old-fashioned upright piano graces the sunny living room along with an extensive library. The back yard is fenced so your well-behaved dog is welcome.
A one minute walk to Warm Springs Road will lead you to the free Kart bus stop, which will bring you to the lifts and world class skiing on Mt. Baldy (1.8 miles). The extensive 20 mile bike trail system that meanders throughout the Wood River Valley is also within walking distance, as is the YMCA and the Big Wood River.
Or head into the Ketchum town center (just under a mile from the house)and take advantage of the dining, shopping, or even ice skating opportunities that await you!
