This three bedroom, 2 bath home has a master bedroom with bath and patio doors that opens onto the spacious deck that looks out over the ocean. With a dune just off the deck, you can get a glimpse of the ocean but just follow the short path and soon, the sand will be between your toes! The second and third bedrooms also have queen beds with a shared bath. Time to relax? Fill up the claw foot tub (no shower) and grab a good book for some real down time.

Of course, the real attraction here is the beach. Waldport is a quiet fishing village with a gorgeous stretch of sand, offering plenty of space for building sand castles, flying kites, and hunting for beach glass or seashells. The Alsea River is less than a mile from your front door, meaning you are within an easy walk of excellent fishing, crabbing, and kayaking. Vacationers who like a more laid-back environment but still want to visit famous attractions (like the Oregon Coast Aquarium and Rogue Brewery, for instance), will love staying in Waldport, which is just half an hour south of the busier, more touristy harbor of Newport. Plenty of restaurants, pubs, cafes, and shopping can be found there and in Yachats, 20 minutes south.

The Bayshore Beach Club is within walking distance and offers access to a seasonal pool (open memorial to labor day)and activity room with a pool table, ping pong, Foosball, fitness equipment, etc. for a daily fee.
