Rainforest "El Yunque" Naguabo House in Puerto Rico

Beautiful and cozy house right behind to the rainforest “El Yunque” on the east coast of Puerto Rico on Naguabo’s town. It is a 50 minutes drive from the San Juan Intl Airport.

The house has a spacious balcony and two porch attached to the house with a breathtaking view of the rainforest “El Yunque”. The tropical heat of the sun combines perfectly with the breeze, ideal for long hours of leisure.  

The house has 2 spacious bedrooms (air conditioned and ceiling fans) and one full bathroom, that sleep a total of 6 people also has a full futon sofa as well. It also has a nice fully equipped kitchen if you're on a budget. Also entertain guests in the living room or at the back patio with a nice BBQ day or night. The house is on a quite, small, safe and in a humble community, for some wants to expend time on know and enjoy of the real puerto rican culture, away from the hotels, this one is excellent opportunity.

All reservations require an initial booking deposit equal to 20% of the rental price, payable at time of booking.

The rental balance, $150 refundable security deposit and $50 cleaning fee. are due 30 days prior to check-in date.

The security deposit will be refunded within 10 days after check-out, subject to satisfactory inspection of the house.

Minimun of 2 nights
