Vacation Rental Description

Jupiter's only true oceanfront condos. These 14 story buildings offer 
unequaled blue Atlantic view from living room, bedrooms and private 
balcony. Each is fully fully furnished and ready for your winter 
stay. Full kitchen appliances, central air/heat and laundry 
facilities are part of each condo. 

Vacation Rental Amenities

Every building at Ocean Trail has a private pool for the exclusive 
use of the residents. There is also tennis on site and Jupiter Inlet 
Park is steps away. Each building also has it's own walkway to the 
beach a mere 50 yards from the door. Ocean Trail offers full securiy 
at the gate and your condo door. Parking for residents is underground 
with extra parking outside if needed. 

Activities and Attractions

Beach is immediately outside the pool area! Shopping is close by at 
the Gardens Mall,many resturaunts in the North County area. Other 
activities such as fishing, boating, and tennis are steps away.

Vacation Rental Rates

$4200 per month Jan, Feb, March
***As of 10/22/07 we have ONE unit available for Feb and March***
       ***Outstanding 7th floor view! Hurry***
If renting Jan through March, additional months as follows:
$2500 December, April
$1500 off season, based on 6 month or longer term
Multi month discount will be considered
Most Ocean Trail are a 3 month minimum rental
NONE can be rented for less than 30 days
11.5% tax on all rentals 6 months and less
