The Retreat in Temecula

A rustic home situated among the trees on a private 5-acre equestrian property. The interior of this Stick built home has everything including natural wood floors and a stone fireplace in the living room. The expanded master suite boasts walk-in closet, dual sinks, ceiling fan and access to private patio with sitting area. Second bedroom is perfect for children or adults with a huge walk-in closet. Full kitchen with large dining room. The living room is rustic with a beautiful stone fireplace and doors leading out to deck and backyard. This home has natural gas, A/C unit, and a wrap around wood deck, & synthetic lawn. 

The fully enclosed backyard boasts a pool with new fencing, outdoor built-in BBQ area and fireplace under a covered patio area off the pool and yard.

In addition, a detached guest house with full bathroom and living room and sleeps 2-4 guests. Also included on the property a four-car garage, full RV hookups, and a single stall barn with pipe coral.

Enjoy the ranch life.  Enjoy the picturesque view of rolling hills, trees and the wild life surrounding this home.   Minutes from Temecula's wine country, Pechanga Casino, golfing, dining, shopping, old town Temecula and lots of outdoor activities.

One hour south to San Diego and the ocean and one hour to Orange County, Disneyland, and one hour to the San Bernardino mountains.  Ideal for traveling families who want to explore Southern California and have a base place to stay.  Ideal for out of town weekend guests attending weddings, graduations and family gatherings. 

Rental of home does not allow weddings or other large events to be held on property.  We do have another venue site that does allow large events located 5 minutes from this ranch retreat.

Hot Air Ballooning, wine tasting, golf, hiking, horseback riding, antiquing, restaurants, and horseshoes.

$250 per night  Monday - Thursday, two night minimum, $1500 per week 

$275 per night Friday - Sunday, two night minimum

$125 non-refundable cleaning fee

$500 refundable security deposit after check-out inventory

Full payment due 30 days in advance of stay

We Accept all Major Credit Cards, bank wire transfers and Pay Pal

Occupancy limited to number of persons indicated on reservation form

NO SMOKING ALLOWED - NO PETS ALLOWED

Owner will email or fax rental agreement

Reservation deposit is 1/2 of rental funds--due at time of booking by Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Paypal.

Balance of rental funds is due within 30 days of arrival--(Mastercard, Visa, American Express or Paypal is welcome) or check may be mailed.
