Guests of the upstairs 4 bedroom/3 bathroom unit have a full view of the 36th Street beach, iconic lifeguard stand and jetty rocks from the spacious balcony. Outfitted with a gas barbecue and outdoor dining table/seating, the balcony becomes the go-to place to relax and enjoy the fresh ocean breezes without getting wet feet! The vantage point is spectacular for checking out daily surf conditions, or the lovely sunsets each night.
Stepping inside, guests are invited to utilize the open floorplan with living, dining and kitchen furnishings all in one spacious area for entertaining, dining and food prep. Granite countertops, new appliances and fully stocked cupboards create the ideal kitchen headquarters for family meals at the indoor dining table, kitchen counter barstool seats, or back to the great outdoors.
The spacious and bright living area hosts a comfortable set-up of sofas, flat screen TV and access out the sliding glass door to the front balcony – perfect for family game nights, or snuggling together for a movie.
This upstairs unit can sleep 10 overnight guests in the king, 2 queen, or double twin bedrooms, in addition to the sleeper sofa. Two bathrooms, one in the hallway, the other in the master bedroom, complete the accommodations for a great family getaway.
Linen fees provide quality bedding, bath towel sets, kitchen towel sets, and beach towels for each guest booked.
