Our beautifully remodeled beachside duplex virtually sits at the official gateway to the famed Newport Beach boardwalk. Conveniently situated on the corner of Seashore Dr. and 36th Street, this home is one house away from the prestigious oceanfront beach and boardwalk – without the oceanfront prices!

Both Newport locals and vacationers agree that our 36th Street location provides the perfect family beach setting, while the boardwalk offers a wonderful 2.9-mile thoroughfare for bicycling, walking, and blading to all the best destinations on the Newport/Balboa Peninsula, without ever having to move your car.

From the large, relaxing front patio, guests of our downstairs unit can enjoy the delightful ocean breezes while watching the colorful array of beachgoers and surfers go by. Full outdoor dining facilities are also accompanied by a gas barbecue. And guests can check out the daily ocean conditions, just a few yards away, from the comfort of their lounge chair!

Stepping inside, guests are invited to utilize the open floorplan with living, dining and kitchen furnishings all in one spacious area for entertaining, dining, and food prep. Granite countertops, new appliances and fully stocked cupboards create the ideal kitchen headquarters for family meals at the indoor dining table, kitchen counter barstool seats, or back to the great outdoors.

The living area hosts a comfortable set-up of sofas, flat screen TV and easy access out the sliding glass door to the front patio.

This downstairs 3 bedroom, 2 bath unit can sleep 8 overnight guests in the king, queen, or double twin bedrooms, in addition to the sleeper sofa. Two bathrooms, one in the hallway, the other in the master bedroom, complete the accommodations for a great family getaway.

Linen fees provide all bedding, bath towel sets, kitchen towel sets, and beach towels for each guest booked.

We can offer competitive prices for beach cruiser bikes, surfboards, boldy boards and other recreational gear for rent - pricing includes free delivery and pick-up for all booked guests.
