Tucked in the palms and tropical landscaping (surrounding the home on all sides except for the waterfrontage) you will feel like you've discovered a hidden treasure. When you walk through the front door into the great room all you will see through the banks of French doors is water! Outstanding views of the Gulf of Mexico await you. A fabulous new pool runs along the patio with a spa and water feature and the dock and Gulf of Mexico is just steps beyond...hence Casa Agua!

The main level offers the spacious great room with living, dining and kitchen all open to each other. The waterside is rimmed with windows and French doors, bringing the outdoors in, and the vaulted ceiling gives the area an open and spacious feel. The patio just off the living and dining area is a great outdoor spot for dining or relaxing during the day or star watching at night around the firepit dining table. The kitchen boasts granite counters, custom cabinets and an eating bar (great spot to keep the cook company without being in the way. Built in wall ovens, cooktop with microwave oven above, dishwasher and refrigerator are all just steps away for easy meal repeat dining area has a front row seat to the water and pool views, French doors to the patio and steps from the kitchen. Beautifully stocked with everything you will need for meal prep and dining enjoyment. If the water views aren't entertaining enough the living area also has a 42" 3D flat screen TV with premium channels and Blueray player (also 3D).

The master bedroom has a king size bed and private bath with a tiled shower and double sink vanity. A small patio off the master in the garden area is a great spot to grab a quiet moment. The second bedroom has a queen bed and it's own garden patio and an adjacent hall bath. The bath has a tub/shower combination with whirlpool jets. The third bedroom is accessed by the spiral staircase and has 2 twin beds, perfect little getaway for relaxing and yet still be a part of the activities in the main living area below. The loft also has waterviews looking across the living area through the accent windows above the French Doors.

The living, dining and kitchen areas have Mexican tile floors throughout and the bedrooms have carpet. Flat screen TV's in the living area, master bedroom and the queen guest bedroom, Wifi service, gas grill and bait freezer for the fisherman.

The home is located on Grassy Key which is a great spot to walk, run
or ride bikes through an extensive residential neighborhood. If you
want to venture further the Heritage Trail will take you on into
Marathon proper. The Dolphin Research Center is also located on
Grassy Key and is always a fun spot to stop in for their tours or
schedule a swim with the dolphin.
Boat rental companies are available in Marathon and most of them will
let you keep the boat at your dock (some will even deliver and pick
up the boat!).
Marathon offers everything you will need as far as supplies (2
grocery stores, 2 drug stores a KMART and many other shops), bait and
tackle shops, gifts shops and a wide selection of restaurants.
