Vacation Rental Description

This luxurious and beautifully newly decorated 1570 sq ft second  
floor condo offers 3 bedrooms and 2 baths.  The master bedroom has a  
king size bed, private master bath, and walk-in closet.  The  
additional two bedrooms have a queen size and full size bed  
respectively. There is a full eat-in kitchen as well as a dining  
room area.  The living room has sliding glass doors to a screened in  
lanai which overlooks the nature preserve. There is a covered  
carport and plenty of parking. A few steps just outside the door  
brings you to the Whisper Trace heated pool, also equipped with  
bathrooms and lounge chairs. 
 
It is completely furnished with all linens, bath and beach towels,  
kitchen supplies, dishes, ice maker, coffee maker, blender. There is  
a full size washer/dryer, central air, and several ceiling fans.   
There are two cable TV's, a DVD/VCR, and a stereo with cd player, as  
well as internet access availability, and telephone. No pets or  
smoking please.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Fiddler's Creek is a private gated community located on 4000 acres,  
the vast majority of which is preserves, lakes, golf course, etc.  
With nearly 50 golf courses in the immediate area, the development  
is located in the heart of some of the best golf in the world. 
 
The 54,000 sq ft Club and Spa at Fiddler's Creek (membership  
optional) caters to every indulgence. The gym consists of  
cardiovascular and weight-training equipment which can be used on an  
individual basis or with the assistance of on-site personal  
trainers.  Spa services include massages, facials, and full-day spa  
packages. The fitness facilities provide spinning, yoga, body  
sculpting, water aerobics, interval training, and Pilates classes.   
 
The Club and Spa's multi-pool complex has waterfalls, slides, a  
gazebo-shaded whirlpool, a children's pool, and a 400-foot boardwalk  
overlooking Fiddler's Creek Lake.  Enjoy this lush tropical setting  
while poolside dining or relaxing with poolside drinks.  Towel and  
suntan-lotion services are also available.  The adjoining tennis  
complex includes 11 tennis courts lit for night playing. (Court time  
is free with club & spa membership).

relive the elegance and glamour of the Jazz Age. 
 
The Marsh Pointe Nature Park boardwalk and gazebo overlooks the

At Fiddler’s Creek, planned activities and outings are scheduled and  
available if interested (such as live theatre, philharmonic,  
shopping trips, nature trips, and more). Various night-time BBQ’s  
and fun activities also take place at the club and spa. 
 
We are located just 5 minutes from Marco Island Beaches and a short  
10-15 minute drive to Downtown Naples.  You will find beautiful  
beaches, dining, shopping, shows, golf, fishing, miniature golf,  
zoo, cinemas, museums, live theatre, sightseeing, hiking, biking,  
snorkeling/diving, water skiing, boating, sailing/catamarans,  
windsurfing, parasailing, jet skiing, shelling, everglade-tours, and  
sunset cruises.

November - December 2009		$3200/month (2 week minimum) 
 
Optional:  $500 Club & Spa Membership transfer fee (available for 
           monthly rentals only) 
Required:  $125 Cleaning Fee (per month) 
Required:  $500 Refundable Security Deposit 
 
(Rental rates include a 9% required sales tax on all rentals in  
Naples, 6% to the state and 3% to the county) 
 
Multiple months are negotiable for a discounted rate.
