This beautifully renovated Beach Cottage is designed for your adventures and relaxlation. Look down the pavered street at the sailboats on the Bay. Step on the large front deck and enter the sunny, spacious living room with a comfortable couch and loveseat, large cable T.V. with DVD player and a Wii for family fun. Sit at the little morning table and plot the day's strategy via local publications or your wifi. The sparkling new kitchen with warm granite countertops is fully stocked with all the tools you'll need to cook a nice meal or perhaps entertain in the sunny, colorful little dining room that seats up to six. Just off the dining room, is the door to the full indoor laundry and additionally the door to your private back yard. Stretch out like a king in either bedroom or keep the guest room platform XL twin beds seperate if desired. Either way we want you to feel like royalty. Even the bonus inflatable twin is the stacked type. Your Inner Princess will never feel a pea! Closet space will hide your luggage but provide easy access to your personal things. The newly remodeled bath accomodates with plenty of towels and a hair dryer. A multi colored pavered driveway in front and a rear parking pad within the gates of your 6ft private fenced yard provide ample parking. This private, spacious yard, with mosquito-netted gazebo tent is a nice place to light the chiminea at night or enjoy the large Weber grill. Set on a quiet street in a wonderful Gulfport neighborhood, you'll be steps from all your desires but return to a peaceful retreat. It truly is the sweetest spot.

By day, from Tuesday Morning's Fresh Market where you can purchase local bread, veggies, handmade soap as well as enjoy breakfast at Gulfport's award winning individually owned eateries and then on to golf, fishing and of course the lovely beach, there is so much to this eclectic, artful community you'll want to leave the car behind as you'll see so much more strolling the picturesque neighborhood to get there. Come evening the trees illuminate Beach Blvd, The Casino draws those who love to dance or just listen to the variety of venue. The bi-monthly, well known Art Walk features wares of local artisans also featured in the shops and Beach Bizarre. Your Pets are welcomed at our eateries and events and treated as the family that they are.

Our rates are based on time of season. We prefer monthly rentals but we'll do our best to work with you if you can't stay that long.

• Not included in the above rates is a 12% tax we are requried to collect for the county and a $90 end of stay cleaning fee. Guests are not required to launder linen at the end of their stay.
• Two pets are allowed. A $200 refundable deposit is required whether one or two. 
• If requested we will happily shop for a convenience order of groceries such as milk, bread, cold soda and / or beer as well as specified pet food so you may come in from your travels and relax without having to worry about rushing to find the grocery. We can also supply a kitty box and litter. You will only be charged for the cost of your supplies.
