Exquisitely furnished - 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo + fold out couch for additional queen bed. Located on the 2nd floor with sweeping 180 degree ocean views and key pad access gate to private beach and Banderas Bay.
Individual air conditioning units in each room are zoned with individual controls to minimize electrical usage.
Low density living - peaceful - only 3 full time owners - of 36 unit building.

Whale Watching: spectacular sight from the shore or on special charters to get closer.
Snorkeling: Ponga (fast boat) rides to either the Marietta Islands to the west or Los Arcos to the south - both excellent snorkeling sites.
Fishing: Several charters services available from the three marinas: Nuevo Vallarta, Puerto Vallarta and Punta Mita.

Nov – Apr (high season): $110 / night
May – Oct (low season): $85 / night
Until confirmation with a deposit, lodging rates are subject to change without notice.
$600 USD security deposit is required 3 business days before check-in, refundable upon departure after return of keys and inspection of property for damages.
A deposit equal to 50% of the total rental is required immediately to confirm the reservation.
The balance is due 3 business days before arrival.
