Individual air conditioning units in each room are zoned with individual controls to minimize electrical usage. 

Low density living - peaceful - only 3 full time owners - of 36 unit building. 

Entertainment: Flat panel HD TVs in living room and bedroom with Shaw Direct English programming including French channels and DVD player.

Cooking: 5 burrner gas range, convection oven and gas BBQ on terrace.

Clothes washer & dryer: in the condo.

Water: Ultra-violet light & carbon filtered water source in kitchen.  No need for bottled water. 

Beach & Pool: directly infront of condo.  Key pad control access to beach gate.  Palapas and chairs on the beach.  20 Meter pool for swimming or roped off area for ocean swimming.

Vallarta Adventures: A few minutes away to: swim with the dolphins, zip lines through the jungle or Jungles of the Night excursion to the south shore and more.

Whale Watching: spectacular sight from the shore or on special charters to get closer.

Snorkeling: Ponga (fast boat) rides to either the Marietta Islands to the west or Los Arcos to the south - both excellent snorkeling sites.

Fishing: Several charters services available from the three marinas: Nuevo Vallarta, Puerto Vallarta and Punta Mita.

Old Town Puerto Vallarta: coblestone streets, the recently refurbished malecon, international restaurants and more.

Minimum Rental - 1 Week

Weekly Maid Service - Included for 7 + day stays - excludes laundry or dishes.

Rental Rates -   The rental list prices (all USD) for this beach front one bedroom, one bathroom condo change by season:

    Nov – Apr (high season): $110* / night

    May – Oct  (low season): $85* / night

* Normal & expected electricity usage is included in the lodging rate.  Excess electricity usage will be deducted from the security deposit.  Careful use of air conditioning should avoid an extra charge.

Until confirmation with a deposit, lodging rates are subject to change without notice.

$600 USD security deposit is required 3 business days before check-in, refundable upon departure after return of keys and inspection of property for damages.

A deposit equal to 50% of the total rental is required immediately to confirm the reservation. 
The balance is due 3 business days before arrival.
