Awesome Lake Arrowhead Home, Pool Table, Foosball, WiFi in Lake Arrowhead

A large gorgous cabin 2,600 square foot home with lots of T & G wood panelling inside with 20 foot ceiling with an A-Frame structure. In the main floor, it has a large living room about 32 feet by 22 feet and dining area, kitchen and two separate bedrooms with a double bed, a twin with a trundle below to sleep four in each bedroom. It has a full bathroom, a hallway with pantry and linen closet. It has Hi Speed WiFi, 4 cable TVs, 2 DVD Players, IPhone/Ipod Sound Bar etc.

The living room has a wood-burning brick fireplace with a wooden mantle, 40" Flat screen HDTV with DVD player as well as IPhone/IPod speaker bar. It also has a Foosbar table.The coffee table has blankets and table games.

The dining table is expandable and has seating for 8. There is a breakfast bar between dining and kitchen with 4 bar stools. Kitchen is fully stalked with pots, pans, plates, cups and utensils.

The top floor has the  Master Bed Room that is 24' by 20' with A-Frame wood ceiling. It has a TV. It has an attached full bathroom with a Jacuzzi bath tub. It has a large walk-in closet. The top floor also has a loft with twin bed with a trundle below. It also has a small TV.

The lower floor has a Family Room that is 32' by 20' and has couches facing a wood-burning brick fireplace with a wooden mantle, 32" Flat screen HDTV with DVD player. It has a full size pool table as well. It has a half bath room and also laundry  room.

It has 2 parking spaces on Matterhorn, 2 paved spaces in the back plus 2 unpaved spces plus street parking.

It has a full size pool table, Foosball table, Dart board, 2 Fireplaces and firepit in the deck outside. There is a barbeques grill on the outside deck with patio table with 4 patio chairs. 

It has wireless internet connection. It has Jacuzzi Bathtub in the Master Bedroom. It has 4 TVs, 2 DVD Players, one IPhone/IPod Speaker Bar. few Board Games inside the coffee table.

Short distances to hiking, boating, snow skiing, ice skating, movies and many more outdoor activies.

It has a large lot with a gentle slope of about 150 foot run for tobagaing when it snow. The cabin has a large deck with a barbeque grill, grill for smores and a patio table with 4 chairs.

Within walking distance of 500 foot, one can see Lake Arrowhead belos (about 800 feet below). Within 2 miles one can drive to the lake, within 3 miles, one can drive to the Arrowhead Village (with Outlet Shops)

One can reach Snow Valley Ski Resort in about 15 to 20 minutes.

One can reach Big Bear Ski Resorts and Big Bear Lake in about 40 to 45 minutes.

Even if there is no snow in Lake Arrowhead, one can drive to Snow Valley and find plenty of snow on the side of the roads in about 20 minutes of drive from the cabin. There is plenty of snow till the middle of April. Another 1/2 hour drive from there is Big Bear.

It is forcasted that next Wednesday and Thursday, 20 & 21 Lake Arrowhead will have snow down to 3,000 ft elevation, so our cabin should get snow. The side of the cabin will have enough snow to snow sled or tobogaining on Friday and Saturday!!!!!!!!!!

 Spring and autumn would have the lowest rates. 

For April and May, each weekend will be at $370 per weekend and if you want to add additional nights, they are $80 per night. Midweek, first night $100, 2nd night $90, 3rd night $80, 4th night $70. Holidays are at higher rates.
