the grass flats and offshore you'll find great grouper, snapper,
sheepshead and king fishing. Horseshoe Beach is the best area to
get scallops when in season (July thru early September).
The house has a very private location at the end of a street. Relax
and unwind....

Pets ($50 clean fee) have visited and we may allow at our discretion, please ask.

Horseshoe Beach is adjacent to the Lower Suwanee National Wildlife
Refuge with its 54,000 acres of protected wetlands, perfect for
birdwatching, wildlife photography and kayaking.

Renting done on first come first serve basis (payment holds date). No refunds with exception to forecated hurricane for Horseshoe Beach,Fl but can offer open dates as replacement days, or refund all done at our discretion.

50% of rent to hod dates, Balance and security/damage deposit due 60 days prior to start date.
9% Florida tax added to above rates.
$250-$350 refundable security/damage deposit (if all goes well).
$100 cleaning,$50 add'l pet fee is required for all rentals
