Gardens Cottage - 24 Morningside Rd. in Ocean City

Ocean City beach-block cottage located in the "gardens" section on the north-end of Ocean City. Comfortably furnished and tastefully decorated in beach-style design with hardwood floors throughout, lots of windows and light. Boardwalk begins approximately 3-4 short blocks from cottage. Off street parking for 2 cars.

1st floor: 2-bedrooms (1-queen tempur pedic, 1-single bed), powder room, and modern kitchen with breakfast bar that leads into open dining room and living room. Ceiling fans in LR and main bedroom.

2nd floor: 3-bedrooms (2-queens, 3-singles in large front dormitory-like room, great for kids), full bath with tub/shower. Full enclosed outdoor shower in back. Comfortable wicker couches and chairs on front and back porches are great for morning coffee and evening entertaining. Detached, spacoius garage in back is perfrct for bikes, beach chairs, and plenty of room for storage.

Large flat screen TV over fireplace in LR; cable, internet, and wi-fi are included. New, large stainless steel refrigerator with in-door ice and water dispensors in kitchen, with garbage disposal and dishwasher. Washer and dryer are located in laundry room, accessible from the kitchen. 

Air-conditioning: One large capacity window unit in dining room cools the entire first floor (We usually only need it during the hottest 2-3 weeks since we have so many windows and good breezes). All three bedrooms on second floor have small window units that can be easily removed and reinstalled.  

Gas grille is available in back.

Off-street parking for two cars in back.

Beach tags for 5 people are included with rental.

Weekly rentals available from Spring thru Fall, from Saturday to Saturday. Check in time is 2:00 PM, check out time is 10:00 AM. A 10% discount is available for rentals of 2-weeks or more by same renter. A $500 security deposit will be required.
