The Lower Deck is also totally Furnished with Chairs and a Table.. We spend almost all of our time on the decks while we are staying here..!  Fish off of the Huge Lighted Dock (with Cleaning station)...

The Living Room has a Leather Fold Out Couch with a Leather Recliner..  Watch TV on the Big Screen TV or listen to the Stereo. There are Ceiling Fans in every room in the house for your comport as well!  The Dining Room features a Glass table that seats 6.  The Island Bar/Table also has 2 chairs and can be used for more casual dining!!   The entire house is decorated with beautiful Photographs and Pictures from local and famous Artists and Photographers. The Kitchen is fully accesorized for all of you cooking needs.!!

The Master Bedroom features a King sized bed and a full bathroom..  There are 2 closets and both bedrooms have Hanging TVs and Ceiling Fans..  The guest bedroom features a modified Bunk bed with the Lower bed being a Queen size matress (sleeps 2) and the Upper is a single bed.

The entire house is a warm and comfortable place to be and to spend your valuable vacation time here!!

We will only rent for 1 week at a time based on availability..  Rates for 1 week are as follows: All inclusive of utilities/cleaning costs..

November -April 30th - 1 Week--$1750.00 

November -April 30th - 2 Week--$3000.00

November -April 30th  Monthly---$4500.00

May- October 31st-  1 Week -- $1500 per week

May- October 31st -  2 Weeks---  $2750.00

May- October 31st -  Monthly---$3500.00

A $500.00 Security Deposit is required to confirm all bookings..This serves as a Damage Deposit  and is refundable after inspection post departure..

FULL PAYMENT IS REQUIRED 30 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL--50% Refund of Deposit if Cancelled within 30 Days Of Arrival..

A Signed Rental Agreement is Required and Cleaning Fees (Reasonable) are included in the above Rates...

$100.0 Maximum Electricity when rented on a Monthly Basis..
