Ardella Lodge is located on the North End of Diamond Lake in the North Eastern part of Washington State. This beautiful cabin was built by nuns in the early part of the 20th century and it was the nuns who named it Ardella Lodge. Although the cabin has been fully renovated and offers all the amenities and comforts of a contemporary home including high speed, wireless internet and cable TV, the original historic charm of this pretty little cabin endures. The stone fireplace even has the original hinge and crane that the nuns might have used for cooking their food.
During the summer you can enjoy water sports of all kinds including fishing, boating, water skiing and swimming. If it's relaxation and sunshine you're looking for, you'll find it at Diamond Lake. In the winter you can enjoy ice skating, ice fishing and cross-country skiing on the lake, or visit one of the three ski hills located within an hour and a half from the cabin. After a day in the winter wonderland, you can return to the cabin to rest beside a toasty fire and plan your adventures for the next day.
