Very private 3 Bedroom Pool Home with no neighbors in view from the pool.    Well located 5 minutes to Port Charlotte Beach or downtown Port Charlotte with many great restaurants and shopping!    8 or more additional beaches anywhere from  20 minutes to an hours drive.   2 hours from Miami or Ft Lauderdale.   2-1/2 hrs from Orlando / 1-1/2 hrs to Tampa.   Great South Florida location.   Built in 2005 the home is newly furnished and well appointed.    Pool has western exposure allowing for sunshine most of the day and viewing of beautiful sunsets.    Large master bedroom boast a king size bed, flat screen TV/VCR with walk out to pool area.   Huge ensuite with soaking Tub, shower, double sinks and walk in closet.   2nd Bedroom equipped with a Queen bed and LCD TV includes separate ensuite and walk out to pool.  3rd Bedroom includes two twin close to the third full bathroom.    Large open living area with walkout to pool and 50" Plasma Television/Home entertainment system and High speed wireless internet is available throughout the home.

Home is equipped with central air and heating, security system, linens, towls and fully equiped kitchen with everything you could need.  A gas grill is also available.   Wi Fi is availble including a multi functional printer.   The pool has heating availble by both solar and heat pump.   A solar blanket is also available.   A child gate is available for the pool area as is life jackets for young children and pool toys.   The pool area is very private with no view of any neighbors and we often get visited by a neighbourhood turtle.  A movie library is available along with a Wii  and an audio unit with speakers to the lanai/pool area.   The dining area in the Lanai seats 6 comfortably.    you can also find a wet bar with small fridge  in the lanai area.    Additionally there are two lounge chairs in the lanai and beach chairs available in the garage.   You will find ceiling fans in all of the rooms including the Lanai for your comfort.

Port Charlotte is located on the beautiful Gulf Coast of Florida between Sarasota and Fort Myers. There are 3 major airports within a 100 mile radius, Tampa, Fort Myers and Sarasota, and a smaller airport in Punta Gorda which is only about 20 minutes away.     

Charlotte Harbor includes one of the world’s largest protected marine estuaries encompassing 270 square miles.   Charlotte Harbour is one of 'Sail' magazines '10 Greatest Places to Sail' and first class boating is available throughout the area. You can also explore waterways by canoe and cycle the many nature trails.   Other local activities include diving, jet skiing, tennis, walking, sailing, cycling, fishing, horse riding, wind-surfing, water skiing, boat hire, shopping, numerous fantastic restaurants catering for all tastes! The area is perfect for fishing, both deep sea and coastal with many places offering equipment, boat rental and fishing trips. The world Tarpon championships are held in this area. 

Other than Port Charlotte Beach their are many fantastic beaches close by including Manasota, Englewood, Don Pedro Island, Stump Pass beach, unspoilt Gasparilla Island & Boca Grande, Venice Beach, Siesta Key, Fort Meyers Beach plus other exclusive islands such as Captiva and Sanibel Islands.

The Tampa Bay Rays make the Port Charlotte Sports Park their home for spring training each year.   Choose from over 20 courses that are within 20 miles of our home 3 of these are Championship standard.

Other local activities include diving, jet skiing, tennis, walking, sailing, cycling, fishing, horse riding, wind-surfing, water skiing, boat hire, shopping, numerous fantastic restaurants catering for all tastes - especially fish! The area is a haven for fishing, both deep sea and coastal with many places offering equipment, boat rental and fishing trips. Try deep-sea fishing for Marlin off Boca Grande island, which is where the world Tarpon championships are held.

A refundable security deposit of $200 is required on each individual reservation and is due immediately upon receipt of your confirmation. Your deposit may be paid by Cash, Cheque VISA or MC. Your deposit will be retained for 5 weeks after your departure date from the home. PLEASE NOTE THAT THE SECURITY DEPOSIT AMOUNT DOES NOT APPLY TOWARDS THE TOTAL RENT PAYABLE. If you pay your deposit by Visa or MC, a debit will be made to your account. It will be refunded via a credit to your Visa or MC at a later date.

All rental payments are due 60 days prior to your date of occupancy. Rental payments and/or deposit payments not received by the outlined due date on your contract, may result in cancellation.

ANY CHANGES/ALTERATIONS MADE TO YOUR ORIGINAL RESERVATION WILL RESULT IN A MINIMUM CHARGE OF $15.00 PER CHANGE. CHANGES TO YOUR RESERVATION MUST BE RECEIVED AT LEAST 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE. ARRIVING GUESTS: Check in time is any time after 3:00pm on the date of occupancy. Cleaners require sufficient time to prepare the home. If you arrive in Port Charlotte earlier than 3:00pm, this is an excellent opportunity to shop for food, beverages and other essentials. EARLY CHECK IN WILL RESULT IN AN EXTRA FEE TO BE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT.
