3 bedrooms w/queen beds, 3 full baths and loft (Main House).  Lounge

chairs, many decks, balconies, hardwood floors, full state of the art

kitchen, linens, parking, private pool, high speed internet,full size laundry

room, screened patio's, tv's/satellite. cd player, ceiling fans, coffee maker,

toaster, microwave, iron/ironing board, oven, stereo, central air and many

more amenities, but most of all total privacy and luxury.

Owner offers a complimentary cruise on his private yacht with rentals of 2

 Bedroom efficiency guest cottage w/queen bed, full kitchen, living/dining

area w/private deck, screened room and entrance. (Sleeps 2)Inquire for

Seasonal Rate $7000 Per mo., All inclusive (water, electric, satellite, lawn

& pool service).

Rates are available upon request for stays of 1 week or yearly rental.

$2500.00 Refundable Security Deposit upon inspection of home.

Cleaning fee $100.00 per wk

Cleaning services mandatory for all stays.  Service is supplied by landlord.

Rates are as follows: 7000 per mo.

$2500.00 required to secure rental, 2 wks prior to occupancy bal due.

Pet fee of $100.00
