June, July and August $1,550/week. July 4th Week $1,650.

October, November and December thru 12/14/13: $850/week. Thanksgiving/Christmas & Christmas Break /New Years Week $1,150.

$85 cleaning fee, $200 refundable security/damage deposit. 14.5% hotel tax on weekly and daily rentals. Small well behaved pets welcome with add'l pet fee.

TYPICALLY, WEEKLY RENTALS ONLY.  6 day rental same price as weekly.  5 day rentals are also about the same cost as the weekly rate (a few $ savings).  Daily rentals (3 day minimum) ONLY accepted if week is open within 2 weeks of the open date.  Please don't email for a 3 or 4 day rental 2 or 3 months in advance.
