WOW what a view! Direct 1st floor walkout oceanfront condo on the dune. Direct access to beach. You can't get closer to the beach. Unobstructed view of the waves. Sitting in living room is like sitting on the dune. Quaint "Old Florida" small building. New floor tile, kitchen and furniture; queen bed in master, 2 twins in second bedroom and 2 flat screen tvs and DVD player. No stairs or elevators.
About one hour from Disney and Universal theme parks. A short 20+ minutes to Cruise terminals, fishing charters and Kennedy Space Center. Publix and Movie Theater 1 block away, many great restaurants within few miles.
