Well maintained mobile home in Bradenton

Seasonal mobile home community for active seniors 55 and older.  This home has a brand new 2.5 ton furnace/Air Conditioner.  It also has a roofover and extra insulation for added comfort.  This home has a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer.

The park has 2 pools, one which is heated, a hot tub, bocce ball, horse shoes, tennis, golf league, ping pong, billiards, library, club house.  We have many planned events and activities you can sign up for, like the men's breakfast, dances in the club house, painting classes, line dancing classes, walking tours outside the park, the bowling or golf leagues.  Join in or not it is up to you.  This rental is for non-smokers only and it is in a section of the park that does not allow pets.

Kayaking, fishing, shelling, beaches, beautiful sunsets, lots of restaurants, live theaters, the Manatee River Walk, local events like live bands, street dances, shopping for clothes and beautiful antiques.  Nearby islands are Anna Maria, and Siesta Keys.  Nearby theatres are the Manatee Theatre and the Asolo Theatre; also the Van Wezel Preforming Arts Hall is nearby.

There are nearby parks call preserves which have only plants native to the region and attract many birds and other wild life. The Robinson Nature Preserve and the new Neal Preserve are in Bradenton which are great places to kayak or go on the hiking trails.

Normally it is rented for the winter season.  It is available Dec. through May.  Minimum stay is for 1 week.  One month  rent is  $1338 this includes all state and county taxes.  Rent one week for $500, this includes all FL taxes.  The park pays for your basic cable, trash pick-up, and water.  You can use your PAYPAL, please send me an email with any questions.
