Casa Mami Nin, is located in the area known as "Porta del Sol" on the west coast of the island of Puerto Rico in the town of Aguada, 15 minute drive from Rincon...... famous for great surfing and beautiful sunsets.
Our house gives the guest an opportunity to explore a variety of beaches in the area, the gentle breeze from the Atlantic Ocean and incredible sunsets without going too far. It's situated in the middle of aprox. 900 sq meters of fully fenced land across the street from the ocean with lush mature trees 12 to 15 ft tall and plenty of mature vegetation with plenty of space on-site for sunbathing, reading or just taking a nap under the trees.
First Floor---Sleeps 5:
- 2 Bedrooms (1 queen, 3 twins) 2 baths, Living, Dining, Full Size Eat-In Kitchen, Balcony.
Second Floor---Sleeps 6:
- 3 Bedrooms (1 king, 1 full, 2 twins) 2 baths, Living, Dining, Eat-In Kitchen, Veranda.
The property is located about 20 - 25 minutes from the Aguadilla Airport (BQN) served by Jet Blue and United out of New York and 2 1/2 hours (depending on traffic) from Luis Munoz Marin Airport (SJU) in San Juan.
