A stone's throw from the Hanalei Bay and River, NamiNori House is virtually at the center 
of Kauai's natural splendor. Park your car and forget about it. Walk to the beach, river, and 
town. 

The House
Our incredible 3-year old, 3-bedroom, 2-bath plantation style home has everything you 
need to accommodate up to 6 people.

The unique floor plan at NamiNori House allows for several accommodation possibilities. 
This stand-alone home has a studio style master suite with one king-sized bed, a queen-
sized pull out sofa sleeper and en-suite bathroom with steam shower. Parents can sleep 
separately from older children, or use the master suite for your nanny or in-laws. Included 
are TV, DVD, video, cable, stereo, DSL and wireless Internet access as well as studio-sized 
microwave and refrigerator.

Separated by a covered breezeway, the main portion of the house includes the main living 
area with High Def flatscreen TV and Cable, internet access, iPod speakers, fully stocked 
kitchen, two queen bedrooms and a full bathroom including a jacuzzi bath. 

The laundry room is independent of both living areas. Two families can stay 
simultaneously with privacy. In low season, a two-bedroom rental option is available.

NamiNori House has everything you need to make your stay comfortable and fun; gourmet 
kitchen, full laundry room, steam shower, Jacuzzi bath, outside shower, BBQ, 600 sq. foot 
furnished lanai, luxury beds and linens with Simmons Beautyrest and Tempurpedic 
mattresses, extensive book and DVD library, iPod speakers, ping-pong, High Def cable, flat 
screen high def television, gym, bicycle, surfboard and boogie board use, and more.

We are fully wired with DSL and wireless high-speed internet access.

Activities and Attractions

Kauai is an outdoors persons’ Mecca. Do you enjoy; hiking to 600 foot waterfalls, sailing 
along the intense green Napali coastline, sport fishing for 400 lb. tuna, mountain biking 
along red dirt tracks and rain forests, running the famous sandy shore of Lumahai (made 
famous by South Pacific), kite boarding the perfect windswept coast of Haena, ziplining 
across verdant ravines, horseback riding the oldest working cattle ranch in America, diving 
off cliffs into natural swimming holes, paddling Hawaiian outrigger canoes at sunset, 
golfing on some of the most beautiful and challenging courses in the world, snorkeling 
with humuhumunukunukuapu’a’a and other rainbow fish of the South Pacific reefs, surfing 
world famous Hanalei Bay? 

Or simply do nothing. Swing in the hammock, lounge on the lanai and sip mai tais. Learn 
to do things Hawaiian Style on Hawaiian time. Relax.

YEAR ROUND RATE: $3000/wk or $440/nt
$275 non-refundable cleaning fee
$350 refundable deposit

2 Bedroom Rate (up to 4 people):
YEAR ROUND RATE: $2400/wk or $350/nt
$225 non-refundable cleaning fee
$350 refundable deposit

All rentals have a 7.125% transient accomodation tax and 4.167% general excise tax.
