The House
Our incredible, 3-bedroom, 2-bath plantation style home has everything
you
need to accommodate up to 6 people.

The unique floor plan at NamiNori House allows for several
accommodation possibilities.
This stand-alone home has a studio style master suite with one
king-sized bed, a queen-
sized pull out sofa sleeper and en-suite bathroom with steam shower.
Parents can sleep
separately from older children, or use the master suite for your nanny
or in-laws. Included
are TV, DVD, video, cable, stereo, DSL and wireless Internet access as
well as studio-sized
microwave and refrigerator.

Separated by a covered breezeway, the main portion of the house
includes the main living
area with High Def flatscreen TV and Cable, internet access, iPod
speakers, fully stocked
kitchen, two queen bedrooms and a full bathroom including a jacuzzi bath.

The laundry room is independent of both living areas. Two families can
stay
simultaneously with privacy. In low season, a two-bedroom rental
option is available.

$275 non-refundable cleaning fee

All rentals have a 7.125% transient accomodation tax and 4.167%
general excise tax.
