Casa de Taylor is located in the Santa Ana area of Merida Centro on Calle 64 between 43 and 45. This bright and cheery Colonial has high ceilings as well as air conditioners in the bedroom and the kitchen area.There are ceiling fans and stand alone fans throughout.The three piece bathroom has a comfortable open shower with bench. The swimming pool (6 ft x 20 ft) almost fills the yard and the screened in covered patio with table and 4 chairs makes for a relaxing bug free oasis.

The open well stocked kitchen includes a refrigerator with freezer, a 5 burner gas stove top, electric oven, microwave oven, toaster, coffeemaker and front load washing machine.Also provided for your use -bedding, pillows and towels. You should have everything you need to have an enjoyable stay in Merida. The dining table will easily accommodate six adults. There are nine skylights providing a bright and inviting environment. The first room has a Futon as well as an extra double bed tucked in the corner for possible overnight visitors. This rental includes hot and cold water, cable tv, wireless internet and garbage collection three times a week. .Electricity will be charged according to the meter readings. Your first jug of drinking water is provided.

Casa de Taylor is within walking distance of the main square, Paseo Montejo and Walmart.It is an easy bus ride to Costco , Home Depot , Sams Club, Sears and several movie theatres and malls.The bus to Progresso can be taken from the street in front of the house. It passes regularly and takes about 30 minutes. Spend the day at the beach or book a tour to any of the many ruins or cenotes in the vicinity. There are many free music concerts in Merida, dancing in the streets as well as a multitude of Museums and Galleries to investigate. vacation rental rates
Monthly rental rate is due upon arrival. Preference will be given to a monthly rental. It may however be possible to accommodate a two week rental at a cost of $500 U.S. A DEPOSIT of $150 U.S. is required to hold any rental and can be sent via Pay Pal. This deposit will be returned at the end of your rental period minus the electricity charges and any damages that may have occurred. Once the deposit is submitted you must advise us in writing 31 days prior to your expected arrival or the deposit will be retained.
