My condo is located directly on the desirable south end, Crescent beach, of Marco Island. A very short walk to the the white sandy beach. The unit is located on the eighth floor of Sea Winds and offers breath-taking views of the Gulf of Mexico and unbelievable sunsets. 

The 2 bedroom and 2 bath condo has a tropical decor for 
all to enjoy. It is the perfect place to enjoy a day on the beach, relax next to the pool or watch the sunsets from your balcony.

There is a complete kitchen, a TV in each bedroom, cable, DVD, in unit and free Wi-Fi, which ensures you will not miss the comforts of home.

My condo has a king sized bed in the master bedroom, two twin beds in the second bedroom, and a queen pullout bed in the sofa. Sleeps 4-6 people. We provide linens, towels, beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels, sand toys and a beach cooler. 

Sliding glass doors will take you out to the balcony from both the living room, and the master bedroom. Fall asleep to the sound of the waves crashing on shore at night, or enjoy the quiet from the balcony as you drink your morning coffee. 

Just below your gulf facing balcony, on desirable South Beach, are miles of sugar white beach. While enjoying the world class shelling along the beach, be sure to keep an eye out for diving pelicans, manatees, and dolphins which will be hunting the fish rich waters. 

Where can you feel ocean breezes blowing and look out at seemingly endless water viewsa true mood enhancer!

Smoking and pets are prohibited.

Enjoy the condominium's heated swimming pool and hot tub and two beautiful tennis courts. Walk out to the beach for sunning, shelling or reading at your leisure, or walk next door to the Apollo for lunch or cocktails!

Island shopping, restaurants, a movie theater, bookstore, convenience store and beach sport rentals are all within walking distance as well. There are many local activities to enjoy including golfing, biking, boating, sailing, jet skiing, para sailing and trolley tours. 

Head into nearby Naples (20 minute drive) for great restaurants and shopping. 

Whether your vacation speed is slow and easy or activities galore, you can take your pick!

In Season Rate: .. (Dec 15 - Apr 30)..... $1400 -$2000 week plus Florida State Tax

Off Season Rate: (Apr 30-Dec 15).. $775-$900 week plus Fl State Tax

September /October rates are discounted.

Seawinds has a  $25 parking/registration fee 

Cleaning fee, cable and wireless Wi-fi is included in quoted rates.

$300 Security/Damage deposit required

Saturday to Saturday rental - Minimum one week

Discounts are available for monthly, long-term, and last minute stays. Holiday weekly rates may be higher.
