This one-bedroom condo has a magnificent view of the water. It's the first thing you notice when you walk in and you can spend hours enjoying it, whether from the living area, the bedroom, or the balcony, which is small, but private and certainly adequate for 2 people. Overall, the condo was very clean, well-stocked, and comfortable. We were quite surprised at how much was in the kitchen. We're rented other condos that have only had the bare essentials, so this was a very nice change. There is a decent washer and dryer in the unit and free, fast wifi. The common areas are spotless. It's hard to believe the properties in this development aren't brand new. There upkeep is better than most places you see in Florida. The rental agent was very helpful and answered any questions we had immediately. The only suggestion for the unit would be to take out the carpet and put in tiles to better be able to control dust, dirt, and mildew.

Recommended for: age 55+, people with disabilities, romantic getaway
