lower level. Also on the lower level is a new full bath with granite
counter, a large bedroom with 2 twin beds that can convert to king,
small bedroom with twin, and large bedroom with 2 new twins that can
also convert to a king.
On the upper level is a full kitchen with garbage disposal, new
appliances (dishwasher, washer/dryer, refrigerator, air
conditioners) Jennair grill, tiled floors, and all pots, pans, dishes,
silverware, and cutlery. There are 2 sliders out to a new, large deck with
tables, chairs, and gas grill. There is a large living room with
fireplace, stereo and tv/dvd/vcr. Also, 1 master bedroom w/king size
bed (new) and a half bath, 1 full bath in hallway, and a second
bedroom with a queen size bed.
Private beach 1.5 miles w/parking and beach pass.

Vacation Rental Rates
$1900.00 for single week or $1800.00 per week for 2 or more weeks. Use
of hot tub (6 person) $125.00 extra. This is to have a service person
