Newly remodeled 15' by 38' living room area on lower level with tv/dvd/air hockey table. Lower level also has a newer full bath with granite counter, tub/shower. Two large bedrooms each with 2 twin beds with very good mattresses that can convert to king beds, and a small bedroom with a twin bed with a new mattress. A large a/c unit cools the entire downstairs.
The upper level has a remodeled kitchen with Energy Star appliances - new garbage disposal, new dishwasher and new microwave, Jennair grill, tiled floors, new lighting and countertops/backsplash, all new pots and pans, silverware, and cutlery. Ceiling fan. There are 2 sliders out to a large deck with tables, chairs, and umbrellas. Upstairs has a large living room with 2 new leather sofas, fireplace, stereo, television, dvd and vcr. The master bedroom has new carpeting, a new king size bed/mattress, a/c, tv, and half bath. 1 full bath off hallway with tub/shower. Second bedroom with a new king size bed, new carpeting, and a/c. New, high efficiency washing machine; dryer.

Trustom Pond and Ninigret Park nature trails are close by and are great for families with children of all ages. They also have free admission. Great restaurants are nearby. Close to University of RI.
