duty, this rental is second to none. No other vacation rental
in our area offers as much as we do. Our Rate Special includes all the
utilities, extended cable, weekly housekeeping, phone and wireless
Internet. In addition, make sure you inquire about our special offers that may allow you to receive free cleaning, no security deposit or even receive discount equal to your transient tax.

We will make every good faith effort to re-rent the Premises at the original rental rate. Any transaction fee charged by bank and credit card companies for processing the refund is non-refundable.

Our properties are located only 4 miles south of Historic Downtown
San Jose.  We are only 15 miles from the San Jose International Airport,
and we are less than a mile from major freeway access and Bart Station.

Our townhomes are about 50 miles South of the Great San Francisco Bay Area
with all its wonderful attractions including the Golden Gate Bridge. We
are about 50 miles north of the scenic Monterey Bay and Carmel area
which is famous for Pebble Beach, The Monterey Bay Aquarium and the
beautiful scenic coastal area. Then to get to other beach areas such as
the famous Santa Cruz Beach and Boardwalk, we are about 45 minutes over
the summit. 

A day's drive away would get you to the famous
Yosemite National Park with its historic rock formations and
waterfalls. Then there is Lake Tahoe and it's famous ski resorts. Bear
Valley is a little closer drive for ski buffs who just want to make a
day of it. 

There are also many fine restaurants, malls, Marriots
Great America, beautiful golf courses, exceptional wineries, museums,
concerts, sporting events and other fine activities that San Jose and
the Silicon Valley has to offer anyone coming to this area. We would be
