Modern open floor Townhome, located only 2 short blocks from the beach. The house is
spacious & comfortably furnished with brand new furniture. Fully equipped kitchen with granite counters, 2 beautiful living room with bar and office. Lovely view of your private Mediterranean
style patio, equipped with a gas grill, table and chairs.
Upstairs, a Large Private Master Suite with comfortable king size bed and a queen size sleeping sofa. 2 walk in closet. Master Bath with, tub and shower, his & her vanities ! The 2nd bedrooms has 2 twin beds and 1 bunk bed. Private bath with vanities and shower.
This home is centrally located to everything the Lauderdal By the Sea has to offer. A cross from the house you have Lauderdale by the Sea Recreational Park, which offers tennis courts, basketball courts, soccer field, children’s playground. One block away you have The Sea Ranch shopping center, which offers a Public grocery store, CVS Pharmacy, Dunkin' Donuts, Baskin Robbins Ice Cream, as well as many restaurants. Walking distance from the house is also downtown Lauderdale By the Sea, which offers many restaurants and pubs, as well as ice cream stores, various shops and the famous fishing pier.
The home is fully equipped with wireless internet, cable television. The home also provides additional linens, pillows and towels. Pack-n-play and high chairs are available upon request.
We make sure there are enough fresh linens, bath and beach towels for the whole
