It is located in town with walking access to many restaurants and shopping opportunities. It is also within walking distance to the beautiful Mears State Park Beach on Lake Michigan. This unit is handicap accessable with a ramp and elevator. It also has a garage that will hold 2 cars.

Monthly rate is for out of season only (Sept - May) out of season monthly rate = 1100
