This is a Designer house! One Famous person stayed here and loved it.
Every guest has called it "luxurious". One exclaimed, "You'll never
see anything beautiful like this in a manuf. home again."

New in 2003 this 1800 sq. ft. home has every amenity.  This home was
built with luxury in mind for glamorous parents, who were only able to
stay 45 days.  You reap the benefits. 

All three big bedrooms have televisions, along with the 55" television
in Living Room.  Even the large, modern, open kitchen with island has
a TV and bar. 

There are two full bathrooms, one at each end of the home. 


The Master Bedroom, with King-sized bed, is beautifully furnished to
make you feel like "Royalty".  The Master bathroom has twin sinks, a
huge garden bathtub and a separate walk-in shower with seats.  The
Master walk-in closet is huge. 

#2 Bedroom has TV, two double-sized beds with elegant black iron
head/foot boards.  The walk-in closet is spacious.

#3 Bedroom can serve also as an office.  It has a "Golf Theme" with a
large computer desk, shredder and TV.  There is a new sofa bed which
converts easily to a queen-sized bed.  This also has a walk-in close. 

The second bathroom is close to #2 and #3 bedrooms and is decorated
with fun and flair.  It's close to the kitchen, too. 

The Formal Dining Room is romantic and seats six.  It hosts a
beautiful chandelier with a dimmer switch. 

The huge Living Room has two full-sized leather sofas, two swivel
recliners and a 55" television.  There is a large coffee table that's
perfect for serving appetizers. 

There is lovely artwork displayed throughout the home. 

The Utility Room has full-sized washer and dryer. There's a deep
utility sink and a built-in desk.  There's lots of storage. 

There's a small porch with a bistro table and two chairs to greet you
at the front door.

There's a large patio/party area on the other side of home with table,
chairs and gas grill.  There's excellent star-gazing here at night. 

There's even a workship with tools. 

The 1-1/2 car garage will protect your vehicle from the sun and
provide you the protected entry/exit from the elements.  The garage
door has a remote control.  There is a circular drive for easy access.

There is an irrigation system for lawn and trees. There are yard
lights on timer for the evening. 

Located in a fun, active 55+ community (1 tenant must be 55 or older.
No children under 18). Park is beautifully maintained with pool and
recreation center.  Dances, dinners, shows, special events, shuffle
board and activities galore!  People are friendly and classy.
 
A small boat dock is available since it's located on the Imperial
River.  

It's three quick miles to the Beach for swimming, shell hunting and
enjoying the fabulously beautiful sunsets over the Gulf.

Two old "Easy-to-Ride" bicycles are in the garage.  Makes you feel
like a kid again. 

A small animal is welcomed if perfectly groomed and loved.

Refrigerator/Freezer, Microwave, Oven, Stove, Dishwasher, Washer,
Dryer, Coffee Maker, Blender, cooking utensils, new service for ten,
basic cable, cordless phones, vacuum, carpet cleaner, all linens,
towels, 55" TV in Living Room, DVD, VCR, and televisions in all
bedrooms.  

Master bathroom features walk-in shower with seats, a separate garden
tub, twin sinks.  

All bedrooms have walk-in closets.  King-sized bed in Master bedroom,
two double-sized beds in #2 bedroom, #3 bedroom has a new queen-sized
sofa bed along with large computer desk/internet hookup and shredder.

Imperial Bonita Estates Park is beautifully maintained with activities
galore and friendly people. The Park even goes on Cruises together! 
They watch-over one another.

The state-of-art McGregor Hospital and Doctors are less that ten
minutes away.  They are excellent.  This is a huge benefit.

Jan., Feb., Mar. 2008:  Special Monthly Rate $2895.00/Weekly $795.00.

July thru November 2007:  Monthly rate $1995.00/Weekly $595.00.

December 2007:  Monthly rate $2495.00/Weekly $695.00.

April, May, June 2008:  Monthly rate $2495.00/Weekly $695.00.

Add 11% State & County tax, and $150 cleaning fee.
