This Summerland retreat,  2 story, 2 bedroom, 2 bath home has 2 large bedrooms (with queen beds has large closets and a full bathroom upstairs. A  balcony surrounds both bedrooms with a beautiful water view or a private air strip landing. Downstairs accomadations have large white impact windows surrounding 60% of the home allowing nice breezes through-out, central AC, a full kitchen, dinning area, living room with pull out sofa (sleeps 2) and a full bathroom. 

Now, you walk out the back door to the 2nd part of paradise and you have a cozy island-style cottage and an added plus - a 60ft dock.  This cottage is great to split the cost between familes, great friends or if you just want privacy, away  from the kids or in-laws. The cottage has 2 single beds that can be pushed together, one large pull out sofa bed,  which sleeps 2, full kitchen, full bath and washer/drier in rear of cottage. 

Now, it's time to hang out, sip a cocktail by the water under the lanai and play the island ring game. Or wow, you had a great fishing day! Time to wash off in the outside fully lit, enclosed shower.  Ho, wait!  You're sore from all the fish you caught! It's time to jump into the jaccuzzi, relax and soak at what ever temperature you desire. 

This rental sleeps 8 comfortably, 2 more on an air matress.  Rental has 3 full baths with 1 fully enclosed outside shower.

see a rare Key deer. Various restaurants and sports bars are within

10 minutes of house. Google "Bahia Honda State Park" and see the
beauty of this beach which is worth a day trip to snorkle and picnic with the
family.
